Thank you for giving us this yum milk. It is good for our
bones and teeth. And I think it is very yum. The whole
of this school, Tautoro school and the teachers say thank you.
Thank you for giving Tautoro school some healthy milk to
help our teeth and bones to grow stronger.

The white tailed spider.

A white tailed spider is a spider that has palps to taste its food and to groom its body. A white tail doesn’t spin a web. It uses other spiders webs to get a spider.

A white tailed spider has a long dark, gray body and a white patch at the end. The white tailed spider has some orange brown bands around its legs. A white tailed spider has special tufts of hair at the end of its legs so they can stick to smooth and sloping surfaces easily.

A white tailed spider lives under a plant and bark.

A white tailed spider injects other spiders with venom and then kills it and eats it. A white tailed spider has been known to bite people in NZ.

Baking cookies with TeHana

WALT add more detail to our writing.

On Sunday afternoon TeHana and I was baking cookies.

Tehanah and I grabbed the bowl, egg, chocolate and
flower then we put the eggs in the bowl then we put
the chocolate in the bowl then we put the flower
in the bowl then we mixed it and tasted it and
it was yum so we went to buy more chocolate
at the dairy in town and m&m and lollies 2$, 10c, 30c,
1$ and some chocolate  for Hanah and I and we shared
my mum gave us $30 each and we said thank you
and then we went to go and see Tekaihaapai at his
house and to pick him up. He ran to the door and he
wanted to come to the farm to bake some more cookies for
nana ma and papa dear for at the tangi because my nana
mihi pass away so I do not come to school Because she
was getting put into the waira of the family my nana ma
said to Hannah and I to say goodbye to nanny mihi.
Tehanah and I baked some cookies last night and
they were delicious! Next we watched the ace
families new video and they moved to a different
house because their house got broken into!Which is
very sad because they work very hard doing youtube
and people actually have the audacity to break into their
loving families home,take a knife into their room which could
have turned out to be a very bad ending and they even
smashed the glass sliding door! After the outcome of
that they didn't feel safe in their own home sol they
decided to move so no one new where they
lived and hopefully that never happens again
because that's just very heartbreaking!
Anyways back to the cookies! The cookies
were very chocolatey and scrumptious.
The chocolate chips just melted in our
mouths and they were just amazing.We
went into the kitchen to grab them and
take them into the room to finish some
work and eat them in the room and we
thought they were yum and then my
cousin came into the room.First my
cousin tried one and he thought it was
yum too and then we went outside and
feed the baby cow’s in the cow pen and my
cousin felt the cow’s bodys and they ate it
all and we were amazed.Tehanah and I
baked some cookies last night and they were delicious!

cookies are because Huhana and I had a milo tonight and
Huhana ate all the biscuits so the outcome was that we
decided to make more and more so that she can eat
all the cookies that she can!Tomorrow we are planning on
doing some very delicious baking!! Our chocolate chip
cookies are going to be sensational because we are
adding way more toppings than before!

At the beach

On a lovely Saturday afternoon my family and I went to the beach in Opononi for a swim.

First we put on our togs and  went to check if it was nice or cold. We checked  the water and I thought it was cold. The water was as cold as an ice block. I was like this in the water, “Brrrrrrr, brrrrrrr, brrrrrrrrr.” I jumped in the water and had the fastest splash around but then the cold just blasted my body so I raced out. I got dry as fast as lightning and I changed into warm clothes. Next we made sandcastles and tunnels. It was bright as the sun. We were doing muslys with the sand and that was Raingi and I doing musiclys. Then we went to the dairy to buy a kai, ice creams, ice blocks and lolies at the dairy. I was quiek as a mouse at the dairy getting the kai and ice creams, ice blocks and lolies. After that  we had a kai ice creams, ice blocks and lolies then we did musicly’s in the sand I was throwing the sand and the sand was sorf as my hair.
