This week our class had to record theirselves saying the intructions how to keep themselves fit..
Also we had to say it in Te Reo and read it from the book.
So here is me reading the book...
I am a year 6 learner at Tautoro School in Northland, New Zealand. I am in room 6 and my teacher is Whaea Debb.
This week our class had to record theirselves saying the intructions how to keep themselves fit..
Also we had to say it in Te Reo and read it from the book.
So here is me reading the book...
We were learning to locate language features in a text.
I found it easy to find the language feature.
I really enjoyed drawing all my sea creatures.
Next time I need to do everything faster next time.
I found it easy to make my drawings and to do all the backrounds.
I really enjoyed finding out more infomation about Matariki.
Next time I need to hard and fast as well as focus on my work.
We are learning about our digital footprint.
We talked about private and public information.
I learned there is two places that you go on your device and you can see that is tracks where you go and what you do on your cell phone.Which is your Map and your history.
I already knew that you should never send random people yourprivate information about yourself.

In this poem, the author uses the language feature of metaphors to compare bread to clouds, and the sky to an oven.
I found it easy to locate all of the metaphors and the nouns.
I found it hard to find the adjectives and the verbs because it is an area that I need to work more on.
I really enjoyed designing and colouring in my border.
Next time I need to locate more language features and try to use them in my writing.
